Again, the year comes to an end. Once more, it’s a good time to think, take stock of this year and set goals for the next one. This time I welcome the year from my usual latitudes… yet I always bear in mind how I started it from very different ones (namely, in Osaka, at a party with Yosuke, Eriko and Mai Mai). I can’t complain: 2006 has been a great year. It is true that there were some “not so fantastic” moments (and some with consequences that I can still feel –my left arm and shoulder still hurt!–)… but they don’t even amount 5 per cent of a year full of joy, wisdom (I don’t want to appear pretentious; there are many kinds of wisdom!), encounters and reunion, trips… and many of those of you reading have shared/been part of those good moments. Thanks a lot! That is exactly what I want to ask for in 2007: joy, wisdom, encounters, reunions and trips. I don’t know where I will be in a year’s time, when I write a message similar to this one… but I’m pretty that the year would have been as good (or even better) as the previous one.
